A few good questions

Before we
get started.

Who is this a good fit for?

Active adults, athletes, and busy professionals who value individualized guidance. Remote coaching is also a fit for adults in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond who want to build strength and maintain an active life. You don’t need an athletic background.

Where do concierge sessions take place?

At your home or private gym in Marina del Rey and select areas of West Los Angeles, including Brentwood and Beverly Hills. We’ll confirm location, access, and availability before scheduling.

How does remote training work?

Choose programming only, one live session per week plus programming, or two live sessions per week plus programming. Live one-on-one sessions take place over Zoom or FaceTime. Each option is an ongoing monthly coaching arrangement, customized to your goals, equipment, and schedule.

Is remote training the same as physical therapy?

Remote coaching focuses on fitness and performance. It does not automatically establish a physical therapy relationship or replace a clinical evaluation. If you need rehabilitation, we’ll discuss whether an appropriate physical therapy service is available.

What does working together cost?

Monthly remote coaching is $399 for programming only, $850 for one live session per week plus programming, or $1,350 for two live sessions per week plus programming. Concierge physical therapy and touring support are quoted individually.

What happens after I inquire?

Brian personally reviews your inquiry and follows up to discuss fit. A complimentary 15-minute introductory call can help clarify your goals and the right service. Programming-only clients may be able to complete that discussion by email.
