I work with active adults, athletes, and motivated individuals who want more than short-term pain relief, they want to move confidently, train hard, and stay active long-term. My approach blends sports physical therapy and performance training, allowing me to bridge the gap between rehab and real-world movement. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with persistent pain, returning to running or lifting, or trying to stay active as life gets busier, I focus on restoring strength, movement quality, and trust in your body.
I previously served as Lead Sports Therapist for Excel Sports Management while Clinic Director at IO Sports Therapy, working with professional athletes and high-performance teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. That experience shapes how I assess movement, build progressions, and guide return-to-activity decisions—so you’re not just “cleared,” but truly prepared. My work has also included traveling internationally as a physical therapist and performance coach for a touring entertainer, including long-term work with Lionel Richie during multi-month tours. This has sharpened my ability to keep people healthy, resilient, and performing under demanding schedules. You can expect clear communication, individualized programming, and a plan that evolves as you do. My goal is simple: help you move better now and build the capacity to keep doing what you love. |
